Dead cells builds 1.22/18/2024 Not all details are currently known, but here are some specific features you can control: Custom ModeĬustom Mode is the biggest addition coming with 1.1 and will allow players to change a lot of things about how they approach their runs. There will however be some entirely new features, including Custom Mode. This means that most of the changes will be concerning balance and bug fixes of already existing features, items and biomes. The upcoming patch is a big "balance update". Motion Twin currently doesn't know if it will be available in 2018 or next year. It will be a big content update with at least 2 new biomes and 2 new bosses. Update 1.2 is already being worked on, but a ton of stuff still needs to be done. Cannot give a precise estimate yet, but probably between 0 and 3 weeks at the most for the alpha. Update 1.1 should be available on the alpha branch (PC only) soon and will focus mainly on balancing. So don't focus on individual values of DPS, gold, etc as they are likely to be modified eventually. Furthermore, player feedback following alpha/beta testing means there will be further tweaks before the update goes to the main branch for everyone. Whenever you read "this will be like this", you should translate it to "it may or may not be like this". It's also possible I misunderstood some stuff. ![]() Sorry for insisting, I just want to make sure devs don't get unfair complaints in the future: this should be considered early rumors and experimental ideas. Just because it is written in this post doesn't mean the devs will not change their mind and completely scrap any and all ideas in a few days.
